Downtown Littleton Commercial Real Estate - Update!
Our commercial department has been busy! On Monday, the former location of the famed Village Book Store in downtown Littleton, recently transferred ownership to Emshika Alberini. Emshika is the owner of the Chang Thai restaurant, located next door. For her, this was an opportunity to own a property on the Main Street of Littleton, and in addition, have the chance to open a coffee bar in half of the Main Street level.
