Sometimes in real estate, agents and staff take on a number of different roles. Sometimes they take on the role of counselor, cleaner, stager, photographer, chauffeur – the list can go on and on – and we don't mind! But most recently, in our Franconia office, it took an agent and 2 staff members and they took on a new role – that of Animal Rescuer!

1. Can I move into a home before closing?
Beth Horan: Customarily, you should not plan on moving into a home prior to closing. Closing btw is otherwise known as transfer of title. On occasion if special accommodations are needed then specific language is agreed upon by seller and buyer and then an early move in might be arranged. How long does it take to buy a home?
Nikki Barrett: Once you have found a home and are under contract with the seller to purchase that home, it is about 60-75 days from that point until you close on the home and can move in! If you have any other questions, just let us know, we're happy to help!
