Farm League Baseball, a right of spring, a slice of Americana – especially in this small town of
Lisbon NH. When looking at the quintessential small town, this is it. I sat watching these three coaches during warm ups before the "big game" (it's a big game for these 6,7, and 8 year olds). I noticed these three guys never spoke, but they were all synchronized, all doing the same thing with the little groups of kids in front of them. Everyone was in motion. I wondered how they could do all this, in silence, moving from one drill to the next. I looked at each of them. At some point in their growing up, they had all played together on the same field.
