Spaghetti Super - Friday Sept. 26th

Granite State Grind and Roll - Saturday, Sept. 27th

Franconia NHWe are excited to announce a wonderful event coming up in the greater Franconia NH area. Later this month there will be a bicycle event and spaghetti supper to support a local non-profit organization, Honduras Hope! The organization works to address the root causes of children migrating from Honduras. The Granite State Grind and Roll is presented by the Common Man Family of NH and will take place on Friday, September 26 and Saturday, September 27 at the Franconia Community Church. Whether you plan to ride or not, please help spread the word about this fun event!

Franconia NH real estate can move quickly considering just how beautiful much of it is and how tremendous the location, but its still important to think about staging your home properly. Here are some ideas for better staging when setting up your Franconia NH real estate to sell:
  • Tell a Story
Creating that slightly "lived in" feel to a home means creating lives to go in it. Perhaps your eldest son just got back from college. Maybe their is a new dog in the family. Maybe the daughter is trying out vegan-ism. You don't need to overdo it, but ask yourself why every decorated item or prop in your home  is necessary.
  • When buying staging items, you don't have to buy expensive things
One pricey item leads to another. Stick to dollar stores, big box retailers and thrift shops. Basic furniture and thrift shop finds can do more than enough to help you move...
