Miller Alpine Resort Thanks to Baron Hubert von Pantz from Schloss Mittersill Austria in 1946 for having the vision to create a little-Austria village in the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire in the town of Franconia. The Mittersill Alpine ski experience was born, and years of skiing ensued and the history of Mittersill during that time is fascinating! Skiing continued until the winters of 1980 and 1981; which were poor winters for ski areas, and Mittersill was affected financially. At this time the area had been operated by the Franconia Development Co. and the ski area ws forced to close in 1984.  In 1989 the Special Use Permit from the Forest Service ended, and  the ski area lands...

Amy has escaped from New York City, and relocated here to Central New Hampshire. She is familiar with the area, because she is a graduate of the New Hampton School. Our Plymouth office at 620 Tenney Mountain Highway is up and running at our new location! We continue to grow and expand and in Plymouth, we are growing and expanding with our new location and four more full time real estate agents to serve the Greater Plymouth and Lakes Region real estate markets. The Plymouth office is now located at the  lighted intersection leading up to Tractor Supply and Super Walmart. We have a nice location in a classic cape style building that we have been working for a few months to renovate. The last week has been very busy here at the offices due to a number of factors, including the fact that we have some great news to announce, on the company front! Andy Smith, our Broker/Owner, has had the pleasure of getting to know Jack & Dana Armstrong for many years now and now all of us are getting the pleasure of meeting all of the folks at New Hampshire Colonials because we are now all affiliated together!
