It is spring, and even though we still have snow on the ground, the sun has been shining and we are enjoying the light in the later part of the day!
One of our spring projects here at the office is publishing our Peabody & Smith Buyer's Guide. This 16 page publication is directly mailed to over 23,000 homeowners in Central and Northern New Hampshire, and we also manually distribute more copies around the area!

At our Littleton office, we love to celebrate accomplishments, and we recently got to celebrate with Tiffany! Tiffany Howard earned her Vermont Real Estate license! We are so proud of her, because now she can work in the Green Mountain state in a real estate capacity. For buyers and sellers, it's a great resource for them – if they can't decide between the two states, they can continue to work with one agent to help them on either side of the border.
