Peabody Franconia Office As I walk to the local coffee shop, Mojo, this morning from the Peabody & Smith Realty office here Franconia, NH, I found myself taking a deep breath of the fresh spring air. As I'm walking, I began to hear off in the distance the Gale River running a little more aggressively as the snow is melting off of the mountains (Cannon, Lafayette and beyond!) and feeding the local river, so peaceful sounding and a sign that summer is just around the corner. I also began thinking about how much I love living and working in a small town in the North Country of Ne...

Plymouth real estate amenitiesWhen you're looking at Plymouth, NH homes for sale, there are certain things your need to have in the immediate area--good schools, a grocery store, a shopping mall, and a real "go-to" restaurant. It was an evening of great friends, super fireworks and the feeling I had entered a resort atmosphere th...

276994_147144722049507_323655189_nIt's always great when there is a wonderful event in the North Country, and its especially exciting when new ones are created! It's the "Gathering of the Jack O'Lanterns" on the Ammonoosuc River coming up this Sunday evening, October 30th at 6 p.m. Our Littleton office at 11 Riverglen Lane is located near the river bank, and we are so pleased that our  neighbors at Littleton Bike & Fitness have come up with the great idea, and are work...
