Woodlands at MVF Ribbon CuttingPLYMOUTH, NH - The Woodlands at Mountain View Farm marked a major milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held September 22 at the community's newly completed model home located off Fairgrounds Road in Plymouth. 

Joseph Perez, Director of Planning and Economic Development from the town of Plymouth, joined brothers, Harry and Dale Blackey, owners of BYCO, Inc., Marcy Dembiec from Meredith Village Savings Bank, Russ Harris from Harris Family Furniture and real estate professionals from Badger Peabody & Smith Realty to cut the ribbon in front of the model home and celebrate the continued progress of the residential neighborhood. 

The Woodlands at Mountain View Farm is a new community consisting of up to 11 homes designed for easy living, ranging from 900 to 1,448 square feet, with occupancy available to all ages. 

Developed by Plymouth-area developers Harry and Dale Blackey through their company, BYCO, LLC, and built by Ritz-Craft Homes of Pennsylvania, the community features customizable one, two and three-bedroom homes with direct-entry garages and the option to include a second detached garage. Landscape maintenance, plowing and trash removal are provided. 

The model home showcased during the ribbon-cutting ceremony has been professionally furnished by Harris Family Furniture of Tenney Mountain Highway in Plymouth, helping prospective buyers envision the possibilities within the thoughtfully designed homes.  

Buyers can personalize their home by selecting flooring, cabinetry and finishes to suit their preferences. Community amenities include peaceful woodlands, a private pond, playing field, basketball area, playscape, fire pit and corn hole area, creating an active outdoor environment across more than 35 acres.
