When Christopher and Tracy Burk became empty nesters, they seized the opportunity to start a new chapter in their lives. Cathedral Ledge Distillery became a way to share their love of "cocktail culture" with the community around North Conway homes for sale. All of their spirits are USDA-certified organic and gluten-free. Enjoy them straight up or in a classic or artisan-crafted cocktail. Be sure to say hello to Belle, the Distillery Dog and Human Resources Manager. Hours are noon - 6 p.m. daily except Friday and Saturday, when closing time is 7 p.m.
