This year marks a special milestone as the 40th Annual Return of the Pumpkin People returns to delight locals and visitors alike. At Badger Peabody & Smith Realty, we've gone all-out with our own Pumpkin People display out in front of our Jackson office. Designed and created by Wanda Allen, it is a sight to see first hand. For four decades, this event has brought the community together in a celebration of creativity, autumn spirit, and all things pumpkin. Over 60 properties will showcase unique Pumpkin People displays, each telling its own story and inspiring joy for all ages. From whimsical characters to intricately designed scenes, these displays are sure to impress.

The celebration goes beyond the displays, with "All Things Pumpkin Tours," scavenger hunts, and open houses to explore. This year's 40th Birthday Bash will make the event even more memorable, with activities that offer something for everyone.

To enhance your experience, make sure to stop by our office and grab a map to locate all the displays and participate in the fun! Maps and ballots for the "People's Choice" award can be found at participating businesses, local brochure racks, and the Jackson Chamber Office. You can even request one to be mailed directly to you. Be sure to cast your vote (pick us, pick us) and share your favorite Pumpkin People moments on Facebook for a chance to win a prize valued at over $100!
