While the product remains first-rate, the Fadden family has made several changes to stay current with state-of-the-art equipment and methods. Collection buckets on the 7,500+ taps have been replaced with plastic tubing, and all other equipment is made from either stainless steel or food-grade plastic.   Get a fascinating look at the history of sugaring down through the years at New Hampshire Maple Experience, not far from Bethlehem homes for sale. The interactive program explores techniques used by Native Americans and runs through the times of European settlers up to modern methods in the 2020s.
