As has been a tradition for many years, we have provided support to Affordable Housing Education and Development (AHEAD) in a unique way. The buyers and sellers we work with throughout the year agree to have their escrow funds placed in an interest-bearing account, with 100% of the interest going to AHEAD to support their many housing-related projects to the residents of Grafton and Coos Counties. At the end of each year, we are so pleased to double the impact by matching the interest earned throughout the year. 

For our firm, this is a unique program we started over 20 years ago - with the cooperation of our  over 700 customers and clients we helped to buy or sell real estate in 2020, we are delighted to be able to provide AHEAD a total of $5,900.00 in 2020.
 
AHEAD Inc. was established in 1991 and is a community-based, non-profit housing development organization dedicated to strengthening families throughout northern New Hampshire by helping them build and preserve assets for the future. The organization's heartbeat is fighting homelessness and generational poverty in the rural communities in North Country through developing and providing safe, quality affordable apartments, financial literacy to all ages, counseling services for credit, home buying, reverse mortgages & foreclosure.
