Littleton's Maple Leaf Motel Welcomes New Owners

It is always nice to see a new business owner join our community. We were so pleased to be part of the happy day with the Airen family when they cut the ribbon on their new venture, the Maple Leaf Motel in Littleton.
The Maple Leaf Motel had been owned by Rick and Nancy Owen for over 20 years and they recently transferred ownership of the lovely motel on West Main Street to the Airen family, Ajit and Neha, in a transaction that closed on July 1st.
Ajit and Neha have an extensive hospitality background and have worked in the industry for over 25 years. For the last 20 years, Ajit has been the general manager of a successful franchise hospitality operation in Leominster, Massachusetts.
They are excited that they have relocated to the White Mountains of New Hampshire and in particular, the town of Littleton. Ajit is excited to become part of the community and is already welcoming guests this summer and through the whole year.
