Peabody & Smith Welcomes Keegan Rice
When we invite an agent to join our firm, we look for agents that are skilled in negotiation, marketing and a have a commitment to making customer service a hallmark of their career. We are thrilled to welcome Keegan Rice to our company knowing he meets the criteria we expect from our agents and staff.
Keegan works out of our Franconia, NH, office and serves clients and customers all over our Northern and Central regions of the Granite State. Since Keegan lives in the Lincoln area, he has a strong knowledge base of the area and has worked listing and selling properties in those regions.
As an experienced professional, Keegan has focused his real estate career in residential and land. Since joining us, he continues to work assisting first-time home buyers, luxury home owners and more. He is also expanding into commercial real estate.
Keegan is also currently enrolled in classes to obtain the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A CCIM membership denotes advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.
We can say Keegan has hit the ground running. He's been a great addition to our team and truly understands our firm's philosophy for achieving results for our clients and customers, all while putting our clients and customers at top of mind. Keegan holds dual degrees from the University of New Hampshire in both Tourism Planning and Development and Restaurant Management. He grew up in North Woodstock in his family's hospitality business, the Woodstock Station and Brewery. In his free time, he coaches Varsity ski racing at Linwood High School. In the summer, he enjoys golfing, wading in the Pemigewasset and anything that involves the great outdoors in the White Mountains.
