Our Littleton office is pleased to add to our Peabody & Smith Realty family with the addition of Jason Cape. Jason has a background in hospitality and technology—in real estate that's a great asset!
If his name sounds familiar, it may be because for over a decade, Jason and his wife Beth have owned and operated the successful Barron Brook Inn in Whitefield, NH.
Jason is a natural in real estate. With his background in hospitality where he focuses on the needs of guests, this is a natural transition to helping clients and customers with their real estate transactions.
Jason is originally from coastal Alabama and is a graduate of Auburn University. We love to hear about Jason's background in the office, as he's lived in a variety of locations from North Carolina to California before settling in Whitefield.
