After 32 years of owning and operating the Wayside Inn, the Hofmann family have sold the 26 bedroom lodge to Sarah Levy. Sarah is formerly of the greater Boston area and we welcome her to Bethlehem, NH! Sarah has a background in hospitality working for Marriott International and receiving her degree in business from Temple University. She has exciting plans for the inn, including changes to the menu for the dining room, and more. The dining room at the Wayside Inn reopened on Friday, September 1st and features a new menu comprised of Upscale American Bistro Cuisine with a creative local flare. We can't wait to go out and try it! For the Hofmann's, this family run business has been their life and passion for over three decades. Victor, Kathe, their daughter Simone and their son Christian have enjoyed greeting guests, creating fine dining meals, promoting and overseeing the New Hampshire Bed and Breakfast that has hosted family vacations, romantic getaways and more. The restaurant at the Wayside Inn will be open Thursday through Mondays from 5-10 pm.
