We are pleased to welcome Vince Bell to our team of agents at our Franconia, NH office. Vince is not new to real estate, as he has been a long time property manager in Central New Hampshire, and currently owns his own property management firm. For us, we've known Vince for a number of years as both a client and professionally as a property manager. He's conscientious and consumer focused - we know those traits will serve him well at Peabody & Smith Realty. Vince grew up in Maine and attended college at Plymouth State University where he studied accounting and was on the ski and baseball teams. He has managed ski shops, sporting goods stores, ran his own bike shop, and was a property manager. If you have kids that play sports in Northern NH, you have probably seen Vince at soccer and baseball games as he's been  a volunteer youth coach for his children. In addition, he spends time on the slopes in the winter as a ski race coach -  for the last 25 years. Vince loves the outdoors and enjoys skiing, biking and spending time with his family.
