Nikki Barrett has worked in real estate for over 11 years and for every transaction, she donates to a local non-profit organization that offers Affordable Housing Education and Development (AHEAD). In 2014, she was the top producer out of the Littleton office and cites communication as the key factor in a smooth transaction. Favorite fitness tracker: Fitbit … my family and office mates have several challenges during the week and weekend Favorite shopping app: Amazon Craziest place you've ever lost or misplaced your phone: I can only recall misplacing my phone once and it was on a bookshelf in my house – I don't think about losing my keys or my wallet – my phone is my life.  I know that sounds dramatic, but it's my business, my email, my addresses, my phone numbers and my calendar … pathetic, huh?! What's your ringtone? Tripping Billies by Dave Matthews Band – my husband hates it, so I turn it up! Funniest autocorrect: I don't think Apple wants you to swear …. it usually autocorrects to "duck" or "shot" Most entertaining app: TalkingPet – if you don't know what this is, get it!  It's the best $0.99 I've spent in a long time! Homescreen: my first true love: our Yellow Lab, Luke.
