What Our Team Concept Really Means For You, Our Clients and Customers...

I may be a bit partial to this company because my real estate career started here and I was basically raised by amazing agents. I pulled things I liked and admired from each agent and that has helped me be the agent I am today. One thing about our company that is not like other real estate companies is something I stress to people when they ask me about Peabody & Smith Realty – it's how we work together as a team. You're not just hiring me when you list your property with us – you get the WHOLE company. Can other agents tell you the same thing?
I always knew we were special. When someone on our team experiences a joyous occasion – we celebrate together. When the unthinkable happens and someone suffers an illness or loss – we heal and support together. I know many other members of our "PSR Family" as we lovingly refer to our colleagues have experienced good and bad. I have been lucky enough to have celebrated the good with my work family: passing my real estate exam; getting engaged; getting married; passing my Broker's exam; selling and then purchasing a house. Many laughs and wonderful memories I'll have forever.
Within the last six months, we experienced the other side of the coin with the losses of our fur-baby, Lucas and my father-in-law, Ray. Most recently, my husband was unexpectedly admitted to the ICU for multiple days and then transferred out of the area for treatment. Without hesitation, my showings were covered, my floor time was covered and the rest of my appointments were covered. Everyone checked in on me and my family daily and went above and beyond to help professionally and personally. Not a beat was missed with any transaction I was working on or with the customers and clients I was working with.
THAT is why I work here and THAT is why we are awesome at our jobs. Regardless of what is going on with us personally, we work as a team to make sure our customers and clients needs are still met timely and professionally. They are taken care of 100% from start to finish. I am lucky to work with all these amazing people, and you would be, too!
