Here's a little synopsis of why, from our Broker/Owner Andy Smith in an email to the company this morning: "Please join me giving a well-deserved " Congratulations" to Nikki, who  was awarded the " Freddie Award" at last night's AHEAD Annual Dinner held at the Omni Mt. Washington Hotel & Resort. The "Freddie" is awarded to a deserving individual who lives, breath's and exemplifies AHEAD's spirit of giving. Nikki not only volunteers her time teaching at the AHEAD Homeownership Center, she rolls up her sleeves and paints, pounds nails, creates gardens and otherwise pitches in on Neighbor Works projects, and made a pledge several years ago to make a donation to AHEAD on every sale she closes!
