These tours are truly a 3D experience, and are very different from the traditional virtual tours. Here's what makes these 3D tours unique – it's the ability for the consumer to move to a spot in the room and look up, down and side to side. It is the most realistic, immersive way to experience a property online. The consumer is able to literally walk through the home, move up and down stairs, see the complete floorplan and use the dollhouse view to see how rooms are positioned in the home, and what rooms are below it. In addition to providing 3D tours to our clients, we have also been chosen by Matterport as one of their Service Partners. We saw this technology as something that could benefit a number of businesses including lodging establishments, retail businesses, insurance companies, interior designers and more – those who want to show their places of business or who have a product and service that could benefit from this technology.
