We asked our own Missy Sullivan of the Plymouth office about the Hometown Holiday Parade in Plymouth NH and what it means to her. Here's what Missy had to say:

I always say "and this is one of the reasons I love this town".
We are very fortunate to live in a community that is always thinking of others. I love this time of year and the town of Plymouth knows how to do it right! I have been going to the
Hometown Holiday Parade for years. It brings back so many memories, from the days the Plymouth Huskies were marching to celebrate Championships or trying to pick out which float had the most unique idea.
Once the floats had gone by we would always look for the fire trucks because we all knew who was going to be at the end of the parade - Santa never forgets this great little town. We always remembered our hand and toe warmers and took part in the free hot chocolate. Nowadays, our tradition always finds us at the
Lucky Dog Tavern & Grill after the parade for a great family dinner.

It is always fun to tour the
Festival of Trees and I am sure this year will not disappoint. It seems every year something new is added to the schedule. I remember the first year they added the fireworks and now that is part of the festivities every year down at the Amphitheatre over-looking the river. There are so many activities planned for this year! I am sure the town of Plymouth with be packed again on December 5
th continuing this great tradition for all families and friends to make new memories.
We are all so lucky to be able to call this town home and again, this is just one of the reasons I love this town!
