Seller: We love the serenity, the safety and the peace of mind that comes from living here.
P&S: What cultural events and other types of events can you recommend to people coming into the community?
Sellers: Plymouth State University is a great place for a number of cultural activities with events at the Silver Center for the Arts. The new ice arena at PSU is a great amenity also!
P&S: What events brought you the most pleasure?
Sellers: We have enjoyed hiking the numerous trails on the property and interacting with the wildlife.
P&S: What tips would you give to new people coming into the community?
Sellers: We would say enjoy the tranquility of the area.
P&S: What were the favorite features of your home? What did you enjoy the most?
Sellers: We love how energy efficient the home is. We have great views of the wildlife, which has provided us so much enjoyment. In terms of the home itself, the quality of the home is special – it's all about the quality, quality, quality. It really is a home that was built to be lived in forever.
