We are pleased to bring a new feature to our blog, a chat with one of our current property sellers in Warren, NH . Our homeowners at 94 Lake Tarleton Road in Warren NH have owned
their home for many years, and now offer this historic home to you.

To get a sense of what is like to live in Warren, NH we asked a few questions:
P&S Realty: At this time, you feel the time is right to leave the beautiful Warren, NH community. What led you to this decision?
Sellers: We are aging with medical needs and just needed to be closer to our children. We spent 19 years in our home in Warren and joined in many activities in the village. Warren is a quiet village but is very community minded. The people are friendly and generous to those in need, or hurting.
P&S Realty: Why is it great to live in the Central NH area? What did you enjoy about the town of Warren, NH ?
Sellers: It is quiet and peaceful and it's beautiful to be near the White Mountains. In addition, it was not a long drive to go out to eat, shop, dine etc. In the area, we also had a very skilled local Doctor – we were very pleased to have a great doctor nearby. And Warren is a unique town, the only one in the country with a Redstone ballistic missile in the center of town! There is a
great story about the refurbishment of it also!
P&S Realty: Where do you shop and dine in the area?
Sellers: For us, we enjoyed going to Lincoln , Woodsville, and Plymouth – those towns all have good restaurants. In terms of shopping, Marshalls is nearby in Plymouth, there are outlet stores in
Tilton and Lincoln. In addition, there are 3 Walmart stores, in 3 directions. Warren is near enough to these places and near to activities in the summer for visiting friends and family. Places like Clark's Trading Post, home of the
Clark's Trained Bears ,
Whale's Tale Water Park ,
Lost River Gorge , the Montshire Museum in Norwich Vermont and many more places they love to go.
In terms of local shopping too, Warren has a great store to purchase meat, and it's a place that folks from all around would visit to shop for special cuts of meat and more.
P&S: What did you look forward to the most when you came to your home in Warren?
Sellers: We looked forward to peace and quiet from traffic and rushed people. Our kids loved the snow, nearby hiking and skiing.
P&S: What cultural events and other types of events can you recommend to people coming into the community?
Sellers: Get involved in church, community events, school events, and take part in the dining in different areas around.
P&S: What events brought you the most pleasure?

Squam Trail , Clark's Bears and other places! Also, the Old Home days (which has fireworks better than anywhere, a parade, crafts and food on the green

Sellers: Get involved in the community to meet people, in addition, the school is wonderful.
P&S: What were the favorite features of your home? What did you enjoy the most?
Sellers: We loved the historical features of the house, the slate patio, and the barn in excellent condition with room for cars, snowmobiles. We had lots of room, a big kitchen, gorgeous master on first level, big dining room, 2 living rooms downstairs plus another upstairs, which we used for an office, 5-6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one layette, lots of closets. In addition, we loved the yard, it was park like and goes back to the snowmobiling and ATV trails, as well as sled dog racing on the trails. The area is full of beautiful mountains and more, just so scenic.
