Recently, Carmen Burns , a Sales Associate in our Plymouth office recently completed two intensive programs to further her ability in assisting our real estate sellers and buyers.
Carmen was awarded the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation after completing 96 hours of classroom instruction that covered a wide range of topics including contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction.
Carmen not only earned the GRI designation but she also earned the
Certified Buyer's Representative designation. This means she is formally trained in the professional representation of home purchasers and had to take an extensive three full day class specifically on buyer's representation..
Carmen is another example of our firms agents who believe in the importance of continuing education to better serve our clients and customers.
