A Chat With Our Home Seller in Campton, NH

34 Palmer Road, Campton, NH 03223 We are pleased to bring you another chat with one of our sellers! This is a little chat with our sellers at 34 Palmer Road in Campton NH . Our homeowners at 34 Palmer Road in Campton have owned their home for many years, and now offer this ranch style home at the end of a private drive, with close proximity to the interstate to you! To get a sense of what it is like to live in Campton, we asked a few questions: P&S: You have lived in Campton for some time, are you leaving the town of Campton.  Sellers: No, we aren't leaving Campton! We plan to stay in town, just at a different home. We love Campton and found it a wonderful place to raise our children.  We are looking forward to watching our grandchildren grow up in this town as well. P&S: Why is it great to live in the Lakes and Mountain Region? What did you enjoy about the Campton area? Sellers:  We spend a great amount of time enjoying our beautiful area. Hiking, kayaking, skiing, motorcycling and snowmobiling have been some of the activities we enjoy while living here. Campton NH Home for Sale P&S:  Where do you shop and dine in the community and why do you enjoy those places? Sellers: The town of Plymouth  just 8 miles away has many shopping places. There is also an abundance of very good restaurants in the area. There are so many good ones, its hard to pick just one! P&S: What did you look forward to the most when you came to your home in Campton? Sellers:  The rural community atmosphere.  It's nice to know your neighbors and also know that they are there for you if needed. P&S: What cultural events and other types of events can you recommend to people coming into the community? Sellers:   Again living so close to the Town of Plymouth, that is home to PlymouthStateUniversity, and there are many activities/events there that you can attend, anything from an athletic game to a musical production at the Silver Cultural Center for the Arts. P&S:  What events brought you the most pleasure? Sellers: Participating in local fundraising events, there always seems to be an opportunity in this area to "help your neighbor" whether it's a supper/auction, walking for a cure for cancer, or simply delivering food baskets around the holidays. There are a number of wonderful organizations. P&S:  What tips would you give to new people coming into the community? Sellers: Get involved within the community, either in the school, a church, or non-profit organizations. P&S: What were the favorite features of your home? What did you enjoy the most? Sellers: We built our home in the late 1980's. As our family grew and ourchildren moved away our home grew also. We really enjoy entertaining friends and family in our "pub" room.  It is a great space to enjoy a game of pool, soak in the hot tub, or a game of cards.
