I went out to talk with one of our clients Michael Walsh, he has built a home on
Thorn Hill Road in
Bethlehem, NH this is truly a spectacular log home. Mike is the builder/owner and it has all the great qualities that buyers today expect.
Mike is a premier retailer and builder of custom log homes and is a representative in New Hampshire and New England of
Hochstetler Milling Quality Log & Timber Homes, Amish quality. And after seeing this home, I can see why he is so proud of the Hochstetler Milling log product.
This log home in Bethlehem was built with pride all around. From the large windows letting the sun stream in, to the logs that are 8x8 D shaped and Douglas Fir roof system and those special touches the garnish the inside of the home.
The best part of our chat, was looking at the excitement in his eyes when he described the Hochstetler Mill facility that he visited in Ohio. "You could eat off the floors there, it was so clean!". To Mike, that really spoke to the quality of the product they offer, and to the type of product that Mike is able to in turn deliver to his customers, and the future buyer of his home. And really, after all, when working in a log manufacturing environment, it must be something to see all that sawing, debarking and clean floors!
So for this log home in Bethlehem, its all about quality construction and a quality home, and its always great to see the pride of workmanship in homeowner/builders eyes!
