Get Your Hike On … in Littleton, NH.  It's that time of year again—the time to get out and enjoy Mother Nature. There are many places to hike that are great for people (and pets) of all ages, so the whole family can go!  Most are also free of charge. New Hampshire Trails In Littleton, you can stroll through the Dells. This walking trail is not difficult and follows the edge of the pond.  Stop to smell the wildflowers and keep your eyes and ears out for wild animals! Pine Hill Trails is another great hike. Located near Remich Park (a great place for the entire family to enjoy), this trail is a 1-mile loop past the town Reservoir and near the old town ski jump site.  There are some areas of incline, but none too steep that you'll need professional experience! For a report from a local blogger regarding this hike, check out this post. Want to look out over the town of Littleton?  Hit up the 7-10 mile hike up Kilburn Crags where you'll end at a spectacular lookout.  At the peak, you will be able to see the Presidential Mountain Range and Franconia Notch. If you'd rather not be one with Mother Nature, you could always walk through Main Street and check out the wonderful shops and restaurants.  Loop back through town by going over the Ammonoosuc River on the covered bridge. Don't forget your bug spray  (which is made in Littleton!) and camera!  Go get your hike on! Stay tuned for my next hiking location … map by golittleton.com
