Congrats to the Plymouth New Hampshire office
Congratulations to Sue Sampson, Carmen Burns, Jerrod Mitchell and Missy Sullivan in ourPlymouth New Hampshire office. The office recently ended the 2010 sales year with a 50% increase in real estate sales over 2009. We opened that office in early 2009 at 85 Main Street and are thrilled to have expanded into the Central NH real estate market in such a positive way.

According to data from the Northern New England Real Estate Network, the 2010 average sales price in Plymouth was $146,530 and average days on market was 112.
