Standing in the rain, on the bank of a private, well-cared for pond with Lupine flowers in full bloom, there I was fishing last night. I saw two, over 14 inch trout being caught, a brown and a rainbow. I wanted to take a picture, but its been rainy here for the last two days and it was way too wet for my camera. The trout were caught by our President of the Ammonoosuc Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Boy, can he fish, I never knew the trout could grow to that size. Last night was our last Directors Meeting until September, topped off with our brown bag grill fare and some planning for next year's Chapter meetings, films, fly tying demonstrations and more.
