About Me

I’ve had the pleasure of working for Badger Peabody & Smith Realty (formerly Badger Realty) since 2004. After years of hard work, I was recently promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer in February 2022.  While I am based out of the North Conway office, I work with agents and staff in all eight offices, overseeing all financial components of the business. My professional policy is to use structure, organization, and constant communication to ensure that not only are all the financial requirements in each transaction being met, but also that our agents, staff, and clients understand each step of the process.  In additional to my financial duties, I am the BP&S property management administrator and the North Conway licensing compliance officer.

1. 1. What made you choose to work for Badger Peabody & Smith Realty?
      1.  Badger Realty’s reputation for being a good employer was what first hooked me.  Once I got to know the people, that’s why I stayed.

      1.  Conway Area Humane Society/Harvest Hills and Jen’s Friends
   3. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
      1. Gardening, baking, walking the dogs, spending time with friends & family
